Welcome
On January 15, 2003, The DoG Street Journal began online publication with thrice weekly updates and a staff of 35 editors, writers, and photographers. Today, The DSJ is the College of William and Mary's first daily newspaper boasting more than 70 staff members and producing a monthly news magazine distributed throughout the College and greater Williamsburg community.
Circulation
The DSJ Online is the W&M student's source for anytime news updates on what's going on around campus. Featuring daily publication while classes are in session, it averages 1,600 site visits per day with weekday traffic sometimes attracting more than 2,200 visits per day. The DSJ Online features state-of-the-art software to track visitor traffic on our website. Please contact us to request traffic information and click-through data for specific time periods. The DSJ Print is the College's first objective, student-run news magazine. Bringing an investigative, in-depth style of reporting to the College, the news magazine illuminates the issues affecting the William and Mary community. We feature a circulation of 3,000, along with a glossy cover and high print quality that make for an impressive publication with a longer shelf life than most student publications. We also offer a subscription service to parents and alumni.
